- Tap this link on your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad: https://finance-app.itunes.apple.com/purchases to view your purchase history.
- Select the order with the item that you would like to request a refund for.
- Beneath the receipt information, you should see a link to Report a Problem.
- You should now be able to fill out a form that will report the issue directly to Apple.
