If it's possible to send a more detailed message, answering these few questions will help us troubleshoot:
- When/where did you run into the bug? Let us know if you saw the issue in a certain section of the GameClub App.
- What happened? A summary of what you saw. It's also great to include any steps you took before you saw the bug, if you can remember.
- What device are you using? It helps if we know what kind of device you were using (iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch) and what version of iOS is running (11, 12, 13, etc.) If you don’t have this information, no worries.
